Can't do what I wanted

Product Platform:

Used Product For: Less than a month

It works great as a checkbook program, and I can't wait to try out the home asset/inventory features.

But I can't use it with my bank! I use zWachovia and I can't download any information. I get a couple error messages, and it tells me to call my bank. I called them, and they said they don't support quicken 2006 yet. Maybe by November. So, this makes the whole package useless for me. They must have changed something between 2005 and 2006 versions with the exchange of information. Until I can get this working, it gets one star across the board.

So here I am stuck. I don't have any other version. I'm going to contact their customer support and see if they'll let me download 2005, or I'll just get a refund and buy 2005. They offer a 60 day return policy I believe. Meanwhile, I'll continue to use Money 2005 (on my PC). It still works.
