Try Firefox with Adblock and the Filterset.G filter set. Does bascially the same thing, but at no cost whatsoever. (Firefox is really great too.)

Adblock - Ziggurat GmbH

While the goal of Adblock and AdSanity is similar, they take totally different approaches. AdSanity doesn't simply block based on URL patterns, but instead uses AI to determine what is and is not an ad. We actually use Adblock, too, when we're forced to work in the PC world and can't use AdSanity. But we find AdSanity is better at identifying ads - especially from ad sources it's never encountered before. And it requires no configuration whatsoever. So for computer savvy people that use Firefox and want to configure their own ad blocking patterns, Adblock is a great choice. But we wrote AdSanity for people that want to use the browser of their choice and don't want configuration hassles.
