There are no readily available instructions so you must figure out how to use it yourself, especially when you try to activate it to the upgrade. Your license limits you to "a" computer. If you crash and must re-install, you cannot do it unless make a special request for a new number. They do not readily respond to their e-mails, so it is hard to get a new number. After ten days I am still trying to get a new number. There was a mix up and I got charged twice. They never responded to my complaint. It would be good as a plug-in to another program since it has its limitations. The same functions can be done on other applications, for example Adobe or Extensis Intellihance. There is no drop/drag or copy/paste. Can be a lot of file transfers. It is good for quickie jobs, especially batch processing. e It is a little high priced for what you get in application, help and service. On special you could purchas Adobe Elements for a few dollars more and get ten times your value. It has possibilities yet to be accomplished.

One thing I cant agree with you:
That you can do the same thing in Adobe PS elements. I cant anyway.
Not even in Photoshop CS2. The auto features stink. It jumps in any direction and if not careful I loose details in high lights etc.
This work all the time for all images. Cool.

I dont this software need a manual. It is to simple for that.
I asked for a manual on mail and they told me: please try it is simple.
And I have to admit. After trying I realized a manual would be as long as a Mac installation manual.
Sorry about you license problem, for me it worked out.
For the more expensive pro version CMYK Production I got a dongle so I can put it in any of my Macs. Better.
