1) Uses just as much CPU time as the official client.
2) Doesn't have any settable share ratio; keep sharing until you manually stop it.
3) Doesn't queue torrents.
4) Doesn't have a global upload limit (or any global limits, for that matter)
5) Default settings (re. maximum uploads, connections, etc) are completely unsuitable for your average ADSL connection.
