I have downloaded the rip program but what do I to actually us the program. I am not familiar with this at all. I have a G5 Imac an would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance

How do you get this to work? - walterchillum
Martin,1. Put pre-recorded dvd in your Mac
2. Launch MTR and it will then scan the dvd
3. Press the Go button and the rip will begin
4. After MTR has finished close it down and eject pre-scanned dvd
5. Launch your paid copy of Roxio Popcorn and drag envelope left over from MTR's rip and put a blank disc into the drive. Then choose whether you want to trim down the contents (e.g. Movie only). You will need Popcorn because this is compression and burning software for fitting your movie onto a single-sided disc
6. Press the various buttons from the three windows and walk away
7. Always verify the dvd
8. Your dvd is ready
This is for ordinary scans. Sometimes there may be difficulty scanning a disc and this is where MTR's excellent must be used.
