same problem here - cannot launch from a locked disk. never had a problem before. ironic that this release claims to fix this issue when it seems to have introduced it instead.

Hi, August here. Sorry about the problems, something went wrong in the last build I did, and the permissions and ownership bug crept back in. I've rebuilt the app, redid the ownership, and repackaged it into the installer. Try downloading the installer again, and see if the new version works. Others have said it did the trick for them; hopefully it will for you too. if not, contact me at augusth@mac.com and I'll fix it (again and again, if need be!)
