Used Product For: Have Not Tried

I've been looking for a tool that would let me hear all my alert sounds etc from my kick ass desktop mac while using my cheap PC laptop to VNC into it from the living room, etc. Couldn't find anything that would do that for ALL sounds. Now it seems that 1.8 does that since it's not specific to one app anymore. Not really sure that it's worth $40 for that, considering something like this is built into Remote Desktop for PCs for free... but it's the best solution I've found so far. Let me know if you can think of something better... ;)

Actually, it doesn't seem like the iChat beeps or Mail message alerts get broadcast... :( So I guess I have to keep checking my VNC client since I can't get any audio alerts...
