Used Product For: Less than a month

This works perfectly with my 60C. Previously I had to use a serial cable and a serial -> USB converter to download my tracks to the G5. Now, thanks to this sweet little program, that is all history!

Garmin USB Tool - thompsonwrm

Does the USB cable that you use to connect your Garmin GPSMap 60 to your Mac come with the GPS unit? If not where did you get the USB cable?
How does downloading this Garmin USB Tool program allow your GPS unit and Mac to effectively communicate? Once connected via USB cable you can transfer data (i.e. waypoints, maps) to and from your Garmin unit?

Thanks for your help!
