Existing users, 
After moving to a new machine i attempted to download another application from this author again, but the code had expired. No biggie, just eMail customer support for a new one, but repeated emails and calls with my registration code were ignored. And this - after publicly defending them against the copywrite snipes on this site.
Now all I can do is warn others.
