My Data Rescue CD arrived today, thanks.

Only I'm a bit disappointed that it's very scratched/scuffed, as if it's used and was abused - and not "new".

It does work fine, so no problem there. You have a fantastic program and this is the 2nd time it's come to my rescue. Thank you for that.

But, you may want to work on your quality contol. Paid good money for your product, and very unprofessional of you to ship a CD that looks like it spent time as a frisbee.

Let's hope this was just a basic glitch that a CD was shipped in this condition. And - to give you a heads up - will be posting this info at VersionTracker so rest of Mac Community is aware and will keep an eye out for anything similar.
