Then there must be a user problem. I down loaded the updater and it updated the program flawlessly. I also had occasion to send a note to Micromat on a Sunday with a question and first thing Monday a.m. there was an answer.I have no problem with Micromat. I've got both Drive 10 and Tech Tool Pro and so far I've been a happy customer. Been with them a long time now. Please try to do the update again. Maybe run the disk utility first. I find that fixing permissions cures a lot of my 'puter's hic-ups....
