I'm been using this software for over one year to oraganize and view my clinical images and research images. It's a truly an impressive piece of software. Recently, I have used it as a DICOM server so that I can directly use my images off the scanner onto my G4 workstation. I have not had any problems. Each version justs gets better and better.

As far as security goes (re:boa1969), healthcare providers must keep the patient names and records confidential, just as when taking care of the printed images. This software allows for stripping of the names and other identifying information, if necessary, for publication or distribution.
