Brilliant. Why do you need an .exe file anyway unless they were trying to track you some way on your machine? I would be cautious of any program for the Palm that makes you install something on your desktop. (barring financial programs and programs that have a function for syncing with your desktop.) They could have submitted this as a .zip file with a .prc file inside like most other Palm Apps.
