It's a shame a user posts such a negative comment (and rating) when it's completely incorrect.

First of all, PrintMagic isn't capable of making his info disappear. It's standard operating procedure for the OS to delete highlighted text in a text entry field if the user hits the space bar or types a character (this user may not have realized he did this, but I expect this is what happened) -- this has nothing to do with PrintMagic and would occur whether or not PrintMagic was on his computer! Many if not most programs let accidentally deleted material be recovered by typing Commnad-z, but again this has nothing to do with PrintMagic.

The other items this user is complaining about are not because of problems with PrintMagic but rather because he failed to follow the incredibly simple (at least for most users) instructions for using PrintMagic. In any case, if this user had emailed me for technical support, his "issues" would have quickly been resolved.

BTW, PrintMagic works fine with Apple's Mail app, as well as with most other programs. I suggest you download the free, fully functional demo so you can see for yourself how useful PrintMagic is and how well it works. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about PrintMagic.

Without going into the merits of the program I find it interesting that the developer took 10 months to reply to chillywilly5280's comments.
