Used Product For: 1-6 months

Like another user, I often have to launch it several times to get it to stay onscreen. I regularly get an error message "An error occurred reading information from the handheld. (16394)".
All I did to get this was try to launch the app from the menu bar, and it automatically trys to begin a sync (instead of waiting until I press the button on the craddle).
This version needs some work - as past versions used to work fine.

delete home/documents/palm/Users/<username>/Entourage Data/Entourage Storage

set entourage conduit prefs again.
