Update 2.2.1 failed to correct the problem created by Calculator assuming total control of Copy hotkey - Command-C. With iClock installed, command-C or selecting copy from Edit menu no longer works with any program because Calculator has system-wide control of command-C. Only way to correct problem is to uninstall iClock. Next version should either correct problem in Calculator or include option of not installing it at all. I have used iClock since version, but it is getting much to bloated to be useful.

You can easily fix this by going into the Calculator preferences for key commands.Yes, it was probably a poor key command as a default that was overlooked and should be fixed in the next release but easily fixed.
