Full-featured and useful. I've used this to delete corrupted preference files and also to browse libraries, and it does what it says on the tin very well. Detractors include a clunky interface and an annoying "unrolling" of new windows from somewhere near the menu bar, unassociated with any other Liberer windows. The GUI is generally unpolished and the app relies on a single "direction" window with options for the various Liberer functions (Preferences Cleaner, Font Browser, etc.) which features tiny fonts on Aqua buttons, with no indication of what is open or explanation of what each module does. After clicking a button the user is sent to a new window (which sometimes unfurls from nowhere as described above) and the original direction window is lost underneath. This is some poor GUI design and it would be far better to have a toolbar at the top or side of the screen, or to have a single window in which each module loads, with button selections in a permanently visible place. See utilities like *censored*tail for pointers on GUI design.
All in all not bad, and scan times are better compared to previous versions. With some GUI polish this could be the definitive library maintenance app.
