I just ordered NUDC 5.0 upgrade and they didn't give me a serial number with my order and now I can't get anyone one the phone to help me. Their customer service sucks. This may be the last time I buy from them, BUT BE WARNED!!! YOU MAY NOT GET A SERIAL NUMBER IF YOU PURCHASE THE DOWNLOAD VERSION OR UPGRADE VERSION!!!

We did note a problem with serial number generation with the first few upgrades - this problem has been fixed. Customers who did not receive a serial number have been contacted and will receive their serial numbers.

What a rubbish thing to say. You had a problem but it doesn't mean everyone will experience the same problem. Why oh why do people have to be so dramatic?

So did Now fix this. Did you get your serial number? All solved - then say yes or no!
