Used this a lot and find that the quality is excellent in most cases. I travel a lot and find that quality does vary due to Internet connectivity (on both ends). Hotels that boast broadband often have lower bandwidth out of the hotel, which is deceiving when connecting to a cable or wireless from the room. Landline connections also vary a bit for the same reason.

Interface is maturing, overall it's very good.
