It should say "widged for USA local movie times" , since there's no explicit indication that versiontracker is a US-only site (in fact I didn't found any restriction for the language of the soft either, so why should we assume that all soft here is USA-only?).
It would be much nicer if the developer could implement the posiblility to adapt to other countries , but I understand that shoudn't be easy. That said, I found quite disapointing that after so many comments about it, the developer don't care even to include three caracters (USA) in the description, so that the rest of the world (we do exist) don't waist our time with something is completely useless for us.

You and another poster below have a valid point. People's time is valuable, and the definition of the generic word, local, cannot be obvious to everyone because we are not mind-readers. Assuming this product applies to all postal codes in the United States, (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc), then it should make an adjustment in its product description accordingly.That hardly seems like too much to ask.
