Demo seems to freeze

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: matt68000 Wednesday, June 15 2005 @ 11:37 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

When I try to generate a custom sleep routine with this demo, it never finishes. I left it sitting all day today and the beach ball kept spinning. It will generate the 20 minute nap in a matter of seconds. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a limitation of the demo but it says the demo only limits you to 60 minutes and no exporting so I'm guessing it is the former. What gives?

Hi

Thanks for your interest in pzizz.

I'm sorry that you experienced problems with the sleep module demo, but I think this was caused by not having the latest version of the pzizz software, 1.5, installed?

If you have any further problems, please don't hesitate to contact me directly!

Thanks...

Best wishes

No, actually, I DO have version 1.5 installed. I can create a sleep setup in the preferences but when I tell it to generate, it stalls forever. I downloaded the app from your web site. If it is missing a module, then perhaps you shouldn't give a user the option to generate a sleep session instead of just infinitely looping requiring a force quit.
