Thanks for notifying me of the potential name conflict. I guess "Export iTunes Artwork" is simply the most natural name for what these actions do :). This shouldn't be a problem though: Automator internally identifies actions based on a unique identifier, so even if you have both actions installed it can always distinguish between the two. Though it might be a bit confusing for you as a user to have different actions with the same name ...
