WMV Studio via VT works great, no charge?

It's fabulous, a magic codec plugin. Open with Quicktime a WMV,
save it as a MOV.

Wasn't there supposed to be some charge?
It installed, that was it.

Is it going to demand money by having the codec plugin
talk to me in thirty days?

I thought it worked great for free as well, but later noticed that it would only give me about half of the content that I requested from it. It took me a while to notice this fact -- I ran and bought it right away, albeit begrudgingly.
