Won't burn for me... - jfm6949

I've got a G5 iMac w/Tiger, and I've worked on the demo version for more time than I'd like to admit, with no success. I wonder whether the MPEG2 Quicktime Plug-in is compatible with Tiger. I suspect that iVCD doesn't read the Tiger/Plug-in combination in the proper way. So far, iVCD has been a great time-waster.

Apple broke the API - Ilgaz

Apple managed to break compatibility of all applications trusting to their disk recording API.

Path Finder, Stuffit shares the same problem too. DiskarbitrationD conflicts with 3rd party software.

Why don't you send feedback to apple instead?

If you selected "disk at once" method, it could help. That needs time reading its support or readme of course, coming to versiontracker and blaming software is more practical?

Try using Disk At Once - Ilgaz

Hi,

As stated in developer page:

"Support for CDR Disk At Once (cdrdao) in additional support iVCD provides for drives not supported by Apple's Disc Recording APIs"

Its in preferences
