I tried this on a 3G iPod mainly because of the very interesting recording options. I did have quite a few freezes and I do look forward to its future development. MP3 and AAC playback quality is not comparable to the one I get running the Apple OS. Still I like the high resolution recordings it is able to perform.
It does not accept the Griffin iTalk as a recording mic though, which I wish it would. Yes I know, this thing is kinda crappy - but still it's quite handy when it comes to a minimal equipment to carry around. It would be sooo nice if I could use it for 44,1 MHz recordings running iPod-Linux. Is there any chance to make this possible?

This is not only possible but there is a dev working on it. The current limiting factor for us is not actually having the hardware to test with.Reply to This
