I purchased two licences for this software without a hitch, however I have recently updated both machines on which the application is installed. So that one can use the software on a new machine you have to deactivate it and then apply for a new unlocker code for the new machine. It took one week for a response to the first machine and I am still waiting for the other and that is after sending numerous emails to the developer. The software is not cheap, so you would think that the support would be reasonably good. It is extremely poor. I do not recommend people buy this software. Use Mac the Ripper and then DVD2oneX if you need to back up your DVD collection.
