Product Platform: MacOSX
Used Product For: Less than a month
Recommend Product: NO
Burns up CPU cycles, hogs virtual memory. Only intermittently reads iCal. And smartass developer . . . WHEN he is decides to respond. And I paid for this. So, it's a pretty app that doesn't do what it's supposed to.

Update, advice, do's & don'ts - smolka
Did you use their support email address? Because I can imaginethat small developers not alwats read sites like these, but they should address questions sent to them directly.Wednesday, June 15 2005 @ 07:01 AM PDT

1 - Don't show the menu item. That seems to be what drives up the VM usage. Instead, set a keyboard shortcut and be done with it.2 - If you rearrange the calendars in iCal, especially moving them into groups, BurnoutMenu will stop reading them.
I now seem to be able to live with this application, but it was not thanks to any advice from the developer.
