I Can See Clearly Now... - voiceoverguy

This promised to be a great piece of software, but I have a BIG complaint. After running Screen Cleaner Pro, it bumped up the gamma so much on my Powerbook that excess gamma actually started oozing from the pixels on the screen. This ooze was tacky to the touch at first, but then hardened, and now the screen is now almost impossible to see. Further, the new layer of hardened gamma keeps the Powserbook lid from closing properly. Now the computer won't even fit in the case. I admit I had better luck with my CRT. The hightened gamma oozed on it, too, but to a lesser degree, so I can still see pretty well.

I wish Ambrosia had tested this a little more before release. Perhaps the next version will fix the problem. In the meantime, the only thing I can do is buy a new MacBook Pro.
