I've just checked up on your problem by downloading and installing v 4.4, and everything worked fine. Could you re-download it and try again? I've had no other report of an issue with the installer. Let me know if you still have a problem with it.

No, it isn't Tiger only. I just downloaded it and installed it on one of my computers running 10.3.9, and everything worked without a hitch. Frankly, this really puzzles me. Send me an e-mail at jbmelby@m-t-software.com, and I'll mail you the individual components and tell you where to put them. Maybe we can fix things that way.Two questions: 1) Do you have a previous version of this software installed? 2) What version of the OS are you running?

Hi,I tried it again with the same result. A couple more unusual clues ... on the "Select a destination" screen, it says: "installing this software requires 0 bytes of space". The next screen has "Easy Install" grayed out (in addition to the things I mentioned earlier.
(1) This isn't "Tiger" only, right?
(2) Is there a "prefs" file or something similar I could try deleting?
Thanks for your assistance.
Bob
