Is there a way to possibly re-assign / re-map the Command-F shortcut
in the Finder to launch EasyFind? SpotLight & the related Finder "Find…"
really sux. I have found I can change the current "Find" keyboard shortcut
to something _other_ than Command-F, but have not found a way to make
the launching of EasyFind ONLY happen within the realm of the Finder, as
opposed to a universal Command-F (with the help of various macro
programs.)

Suggestions welcome!

Try Spark. It's a hand little utility that enables you to assign keyboard shortcuts to launch specific programs.
