I bought this piece of bloatware based on a recommendation by a supposed "Mac Guru" ..... hear this Ted? Normally the Mac commands do me just fine except for not capturing all of the unseen window.

So looking for an alternative I came across Ted Landau's recommendation and I think maybe he knows a thing or two and so I'll take it on board and buy the bloody thing only to find the program cant even copy the contents of a window that is off the screen.

Tech Support were vaguely sympathetic but in the end the feedback from them was that the developers werent interested- which is evident from the blurb for this version. They certainly didnt ask for feedback from their registered user base for this release.

So in the end it turns out that I basically just gave my money away to complete strangers in the States. This is what makes piracy so attractive because you dont have to pay at all if the features you need arent available! What a waste of hard drive space this purchase was.
