Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

Ever since 2.0 first came out it never remembers my registration number. Every time an update comes out it prompts you to acquire a new code, which I do, and it works the first time you enter it, but the next login or restart, it asks for your code all over again. The biggest problem I've had is that if you use their uninstaller, it will wipe out your whole login items list. Horrible.

I guess this is battered user syndrome, but I keep trying it every time they come out with an update. I need to make a note never to use this piece of crap again.

No thanks. I found alternative utilities to do my snapshots. The only feature that's hard to replace is movie capture, but that's quite messy anyway. Cool idea, tried it a few times but never found real use for it.
