Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Although this app is nice and all, I don't really have the use for it. I don't need CPU and MEM stats at all times. Net stats I do, but for that, I'll stick with my old Dockling from back when OS X was 10.0, called 'Network Statistics.dockling'. It's really hard to find these days, but if You can, and don't need the other functions, check it out!! (Still, I'll rate Menumeters as You would suspect. HIGH!) ;)

Play around with the settings in the Menumeter system preference pane. You can turn off displaying any of the features you do not want, like CPU and memory stats, by de-selecting the "Display ..." check box. Personally, I like seeing CPU, memory usage, and network all in my menu bar. I have no use for disk access. I have mine set as follows: Display --> CPU: percentage and thermometer --> memory: Used/Free totals --> Network: Throughput.
