Not The Normal *censored*tail

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

The new version is missing the Pre-Binding feature (as mentioned by others) and after updating launch services and restarting, my menu bar appears in pieces with items out of usual order. To get things back in order I restart again and sometimes get hung up with a blue screen that can only be gotten out of by holding in the start button-ala kernal panic time-and restarting that way. Emails to the developer have gone unanswered. This makes me nervous so I tried to use the uninstall. That would not work either. Manually removed it and downloaded a fresh version but had the same problems arise. Anyone have any ideas about this, or reasons for the behavior? I have been using *censored*tail for over a year and this is just not right.

Tiger misses Prebinding - Ilgaz

Prebinding has enormously changed at this system. It looks like update_prebinding stays for compatibility only.

It "acts" like its doing (when you run from shell) but it doesn't. Usual compatibility stuff.

I think its good that its not having that "feature" in GUI not to trick users.
