(OS X 10.4.1) The first time I tried this utility a permissions error appeared. A simple fix described in the FAQ (accessible from the Help menu) took care of the problem and my bootable backup to an external firewire drive was created without a hitch. I paid the shareware fee and SuperDuper now allows even faster options. I'm very pleased.
