Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

I have NOT used this application and this is NOT intended as a criticism of this developer. I have used several other "helpful" utilities to manage Safari bookmarks in some way. Safari Organizer (?) comes to mind. It trashed my bookmarks. Another didn't hurt existing book marks but made it impossible to add new ones. Whenever using an app of this sort I recommend you stash away a copy of your bookmarks.plist file in a safe place for a few weeks. It's located ~/Library/Safari as I recall although the Mac I'm presently using has no such folder as the user uses FoxFire.

Any read/write can cause a file to become corrupted. In Safari Prairiefire the uesr is prompted to save a backup copy of the bookmarks.plist file. Stashing away an extra copy can never harm of course altough it should not be necessary.
