Existing users, 
This application rules over my proven "Passwordwallet" which I thought was simply great...then steel "xed" my way!
I would suggest a prefs option to autosave the document I am working on.
Also a autoclose function would make me feel better! Above hint noticed Sync options would be great, I agree.
But this has potential, to be the best, (or one of...) Password & Number Safe around for OS X.
