I have a Tungsten T3.

I'm not a power user, just simple word and excel. Maybe that's why I haven't had any freezes. It works fine for me.

I read a lot of review before buying this upgrade. The feature improvements that sold me where, Chinese support and appearance upgrades.

The chinese still has some kinks that need to be worked out. But at least I can view and input Chinese (CJKOS).

Wow, the appearance upgrades were worth the money alone. Now it's starting to look much closer the the desktop look. It's so much more pleasant to look at.

Support has been good.
