Cannot burn multi-session CDs

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

First of all you seem to need to save the session details - no problem with that. However when trying to re-open the .izx file the restore window just sits there forever, hence I am not able to add further files to a CD.

Has anyone out there managed to write a multi-session Joliet format CD? If so please tell me how you did it.

I'm using a Mac Mini with a Matshita Superdrive under 10.4.1.

Cannot burn multi-session CDs - AlanBarker

These are the problems I'm still having, even with 3.5.1:-

1) It will only burn single session CDs succesfully. Any attempt to write a further session results in the apparent loss of the previously written session.

2) The Disk Name is always set to "Untitled CD" whatever you try to call it.

3) Session data can be saved (.ldx file) but attempts to reload fail with a "please wait" message which never terminates!

Cannot burn multi-session CDs - FOR neXtSoft

Are you able to burn HFS multisession discs? how about Hybrid.

>>2) The Disk Name is always set to "Untitled CD" whatever you try to call it.

Try pressing return after entering the disc name.

>>3) Session data can be saved (.ldx file) but attempts to reload fail with a "please wait" message which never terminates!

lzx is actually the file type and I cannot reproduce this error, can you please email the session file to support at fornextsoft dot com. I would like to examine it to see what might be causing this hang up.
