I joined a company with limited cash flow at this time. They had a web site already which had not been updated since the company was formed, or so it looked like. Me being the only one computer savy searched high and low for a program that would allow me to quickly get the website updated and be able to maintain it properly, all the while keeping my day job, having a life and not needing to learn HTML. This program was the answer to all the above. Given that it does not load HTML in, it was still easy to get the elements I needed from the old website and bring it to the new one. The website is very easy to maintain and the manual does a great job of explaining how to add rollovers and drop down menus. This was worth the money we spent!!!!!
