The product continues to be sold and yet we haven't seen an upgrade or an update since 2002. Strange considering there are features in this software that are just plain broken and haven't been addressed in over three years. Take time to trawl through ScanSoft's FAQ and Support pages before you commit to spending dollars on this software.
