I believe someone else posted this here some time ago for a previous version, but I was disappointed to find that this version, too, doesn't let me open a new window when only the download window is open -so annoying!

you can do it but only by having another program open it for you. so, go to say, your email program, and click on some spam link, and it will open a new firefox window... then, on with browsing.Reply to This
