Why does VersionTracker show 5 stars to software (v1.4) that has not been rated yet? DON'T TRUST THE RATINGS ON VT. (One star from me to even things up a bit.)

finally able to reregister - Fred E--2008
Never got any response from keaka, but I finally went to eSellerate, which turns out to have an excellent way to retrieve shareware order information. Yeah, the rating is only one star for version 1.4 at the moment (my rating).But I can't see how the overall is 5 stars, particularly when you read the PowerController forums pages.
