3.2 introduces a bug in remote editing. I commonly double-click a remote file to edit in BBEdit. As of Transmit 3.2 this no longer works.

Otherwise an absolutely outstanding program. One of the best-designed apps available for the Mac today.

3.2 introduces a bug... - jintek.com

Just an FYI: Using Mac OS 10.4.1 and BBEdit 8.2.1. Transmit 3.2 correctly opens a text file in BBEdit when I double-clicking it. So I don't think your problem is a bug with Transmit.

3.2 introduces a bug... - tu11ym0n

hey, before you shout "bug" you really should take a look at your Tranmit preferences. Right there on the first (General) tab is the preference for "Double Click Action" which you can set to "Edit in External Editor".

Chances are 3.2 may not be reading the setting from earlier versions but I'd hardly call it a bug since you can resolve it by simply going to your preferences!

good luck!
