First I made sure that all RSS Menu children were out of my machine. I got rid of the com.apple.edot preference file and the app support file as well as the old app folder. I downloaded 1.3a and installed it in my app folder. I launched it and got the preference menu which was OK. I then selected RSS in the window and tried to load THE Register using copy and paste. It showed up in the feed window but clicking OK caused a lock up of the window itself. I had to click cancel and this time I could quit the app. I also tried using THE REGISTER's RSS icon . That also loaded in the RSS window. Clicking OK caused the window to lock up. Once again I hit cancel and quit the app. I would like to know how the previous commenter got this app to work.maybe I missed something.
