Wished the Tenant Manager had more features like the ability to enter
transactions and monitor late payments and other fees. Also reports (statements and receipts) would be nice. That may be beyond the scope of this app but with easy tabbed interface, a lot of added functionality could be added and would definitely be worth paying for.

Just to add:
1) You can add income (rent/dues etc) for a property in the Income/Expense Tracker for the registered version of the apps. Check the website for screen shots for the same.

2) Currently various reports are supported in the registered version of the app. check the website for the print menu for the app.
