Existing users, 
nice program, hideously over-priced, shouldnt need a dock icon if its in the menu bar, infact, doesnt need either, it should just run in the background and have ur customised keystroke to create a new note.
but u cant tell the developers any of this, cos they dont want u to contact them (its nowhere on their website), they just want (too much of) your money

the menu item is an option; this is not a menu extra."hideously" overpriced is an opinion (it's $25. "Hideous" in my book is $50+) If you don't like the price, find another app.
The developers are actually qutie responsive and their contact info is prominently displayed.
