The description of the "bug" this software purports to fix is exactly what you'll see if you go to the Keyboard & Mouse prefpane and enable "All controls" for Full keyboard access. If you don't like this behavior, just set it to "Text boxes and lists only". Other than that, the software does exactly what it says it's going to do - huzzah.
