Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I've used FileBuddy for years and I find it really useful. Just a quick note to anyone else who uses it and finds any technical issues: If you report any problems to the developer be sure to only include details about the problem itself. Avoid any subjective comments or suggestions; if you do or if he's unhappy with your rhetoric in any way, he'll pick it apart and harass you via email.

bug reports - Larry Hicok

Years ago the developer endlessly berated me and my problem with his software. Seems I had insulted his God of Online Correctness by having the audacity to use CAPS to emphasize a couple of critical words. He screamed at me (in lowercase of course) for YELLING. It is amazing that he is still doing this.

Since Utility Dog was far superior to his program, I simply stopped dealing with the issue. Utility Dog has not been updated to OSX, and I am looking at File Buddy again. Can't wait.
