There is an update 1.99b, recompiled with the XCode flags 'MacOS X Deployment Target : MacOS X 10.2', and add the joystick calibration for 3rd and 4th axis joystick (usually for throttle and roll)
And the DMG has been fixed as well (seemed to be corrupted)

You need MacOS 10.3.9 to run this build ( the /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib that plagues a lot applications recompiled on MacOS 10.4 apparently.
